Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) program aims to enhance the business management capacity and income of street vendors through an integrated empowerment education initiative. The method was implemented using the Participatory Appraisal and Action (PAA) approach, involving 35 micro-entrepreneurs as the target audience and active partners. Program interventions were categorized into three main clusters: digital financial literacy training through the BukuWarung application, digitalization of non-cash payment systems using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), and education on hygiene, product quality, and packaging innovation. The results showed an increase of more than 40% in participants’ managerial understanding and financial literacy after the training. Economically, the adoption of QRIS and improved product aesthetics helped reduce potential lost sales, expand customer payment options, and increase vendors’ average daily income by 26%. Program sustainability is supported through the establishment of a digitally conscious vendor self-help group that functions as a peer-mentoring forum and encourages continuous business improvement among participants in their daily business operations.
